Zipper closure for main part of bag and snap closure for side pocket. Detachable long strap in black with polka dot pattern on the edges. Has a firm material. Might be PVC abut not sure. Inside is a zipper pocket and spaces for ID or pens etc. so cute and adorable. New condition.
