New unmounted artist signed painting on fabric of an Asian water scene with fisherman. Artist signature at bottom right. This is unframed in plastic film and painting is mounted on cardboard backing. The fabric measures approximately 12 1/4” x 9”, with cardboard mount 17 1/2” x 13 1/2” Some light reflection due to plastic film. Smoke free, cat friendly home.
