New vintage Alaskan Black Diamond Austrian crystal necklace Quick list « Alaskan Black Diamond «  trend in the 1970s-1990s! I don’t believe it’s a real diamond, but introduced alongside the new Austrian lead crystals with the black colouring. Alaskan black diamond: 5x23 mm, 3x14 mm (2) -> pseudo-marquises shape: flat 4-8 sided top facet (sorry, can’t see), 4-8 slim beveled edges, flat bottom (assuming) Austrian crystals: almost 3 mm, two v’s or a chevron (13 x2 crystals) around the larger Black diamond, marquise halo (15 crystals) around the smaller black diamonds, tennis or rivière style « chain » Silver tone metal setting, semi-articulated as chains but solid/welded around the black diamonds. New vintage c. 1970s-1990s. By Artistic Jewellery (Canadian company!)
