New vintage Sterling Silver signet cocktail ring Simple signet ring shape, beautiful rustic workmanship, minimalist style. Oval beveled setting of a dark green stone (B.C. jade?) or enamel (because it’s just so smooth and flat). (C. 9x11 mm x 2 mm high) Simple Rustic 7 “stepped” grooves on each side of band. (2-9 mm wide) Rustic finishing: smooth and shiny but not super shiny like a mirror. Some oxidized marks that add character to this almost 50 years old treasure! Style and size indicate that it might be a man’s ring. But nowadays, I think it’s unisex! Size 9 New vintage c. 1970s. Probably casted and handmade (polished, finished). Hallmarks:“S.S.” + “STG” + “?”. “?” Might be a hallmark character or edge of the hallmark stamp. Before and after pictures: before and after polished with toothpaste and warm water.
