kelleypope Hi ya, I recently found one of these at an Estate Sale in the US. I Was wondering if you could shed light on who made it and where you purchased it? It’s beautiful. Thank you Kelley

kpriscott @kelleypope hi! I’m not sure who made it . Either Artistic Jewellery Canada or from Hong Kong or India. I’m guessing Hong Kongif you found it in the US. DEFINITELY 1970s though. That’s when I acquired these ones.

kpriscott More brass or all brass would be India, is my guess.

kpriscott @kelleypope I love the style too. Reminds me of the Poirot Agatha Christie tv show art deco style

kelleypope @kpriscott it’s a fantastic reproduction. I really love these Cranes. Im doing research off your suggestions of Countey of origin . I also sent pics onto a friend of mine who may know if the image is from the Arts and Crafts Movement as he’s an expert at the V & A. And Art Nouveau is one of his expert fields. So happy this image was reproduced. Beautiful 🤍

kelleypope @kpriscott yes all the major Nouveau designers used brass a lot . They even plated their pieces in enamels, silver and gold.
