Shank splits into 3 bands and terminate as 3 polished pseudo-gems on both sides. New vintage c. 1970s. Handmade. Probably in Mexico (because of the design and craftsmanship). B.C. Canadian Jade (Nephrite). I believe this is silver but I can’t see any hallmarks. Notes: this was black so I polished it with toothpaste. The jade cabochon is a little loose.
