New vintage tusk pendant charm Opaque dark rust reddish brown. Inclusions: Light and reddish striping inside. Famous tusk or horn or tooth shape. For good luck in Asia. I think this is acrylic or lucite made to look like stone, carnelian, or “red jade”. It’s warmer, lighter, smoother than what you’d expect of stone. Tusk: C. 1.25” long x 11 mm at widest x 5 mm at thickest Gold tone cap: C. 11 mm x 5 mm x 2 mm fold over Bail: C. 2x6 mm New vintage c. 1970s. Acrylic. Probably from Asia. There is no hallmark on the inside of the bail. Group photos show others in the collection.
