Brand new in box with tags size 9 Cougar Lancaster winter boots, very warm thermal winter boot, waterproof, breathable, rated up to -20/25 degrees Celcius. Little wedge-like heel, stylish to wear to any winter outfit. Only selling because my husband ordered the wrong size (I love these boots and got them in a size 10). Retail for 230 +tax.
