heatherritzer How long is the dress? I am about 5 foot 3 and would wear 4 inch heels. The top layer looks totally easy to hem but can’t quite make out the bottom layer and if it could be hemmed

aral_e @heatherritzer hello, I added more photos for you . I believe the length is quite nice for your hight and especially with nice heeled shoes. But the under layer you can’t shorten it because of the details to the hem . I will sed more measurements tonight. Thank you
