New with tag velvet like grey/black scooped neck and back dress Holidays X-mad

This is a new dress with tag. Grey/black in colour. Very stretchy and form fitting. Long sleeves and falls just below the knees. Polyester/spandex mix. Machine washable. One of the inside hanger straps is broken.
