New with tags. Light creamy white with black polka dots. Soft, stretchy top, sleeveless, gathered at waist. 95% Rayon/5% Spandex. Length approx 23 " from shoulder. Has a very slight, barely visible (1/2") pull in back (pic attached) that no one will notice.
