Newbestyle Yellow Lined, Hooded Jacket - Small

This jacket is from Amazon, the make is Newbestyle, but I remember seeing the similar jacket from a bunch of different vendors around that time a couple of years ago. I personally like the bright color of the jacket, but I just think it's a great safety feature in the winter months when it gets dark early. It has four pockets, and the lining and hood can be zipped out, leaving just the shell. It's also a very warm jacket, with a soft inner shell. The shell is 60% polyurethane and 40% polyester. The internal shell is 95% polyester and 5% cotton. The lining is polyester.
