@polkadots2plaid I don’t do desserts, besides not being able to enjoy them, sweets make me sick after my gastric bypass, i am terrible at making one! As for the rest, vinagrettes, mostly seafood, salads, vegetables etc i am very good at, although mexican i am no good at mexican dishes

@polkadots2plaid I agree 100% with u, i get so ibto the cooking process, and like i said i like to make up my own recipes and most of them i use fresh herbs, and use shallots a lot on vinagrettes and seafood dishes, by the time I’m done cooking i don’t feel like eating myself just want others to enjoy
