This is a nice vintage oil painting on canvas which has Artist signature that I don’t recognize. 17”x21” with gold fleck frame. Nice painting to own. Parisian theme and impressionist painting. I don’t know much about art but did a bit of research. If anyone knows who the artist is or the theme, please comment. Offers welcome
