indiashea42 @3trestres If there is ever something that arrives to you that is not as it was pictured, or has defects of any type that you were not told about...you can get a refund. Whatever you do, Do Not hit "Accept" before you have fully inspected everything thoroughly

indiashea42 @3trestres Unfortunately, I've had the same thing happen. So, if it doesn't say "from a smoke-free home", I have made it a habit to ask. I got a package with 2 tops in it that reaked so badly of smoke that it made no difference when I washed them. Money wasted.

indiashea42 @3trestres Always try to think of how you would send things out and if it's not in the shape you would send things out in, and it's not already stated,ask as many questions as you want. I've been there, on different things more than once, unfortunately.
