misskittykerr Hi Nadia, on Fridays and Sundays thr seller had to do thr discount for you. It's your right to get that discount from posh. Every seller should do it. I learned it on my 2nd live and did it for all my customers fri/sat shows. I canceled and redid on the Sunday. then the seller gets you to like the item and send you the offer. It took me a minute to figure it out, but I did. All sellers should too. If you need help with anything, let me know ❤️

ajooj @canadiancookie also, you said all three items were damaged but as you can see in your order and that was described to you in the live show the dress you purchased had a missing button which I showed you and it says it in the listing and I gave you that dress for eight dollars because of the missing button that is not considered damage

ajooj @merlekb the best way to do. It is take a screenshot of the order and make it as a listing and then add the other item into the bundle and send them the offer this way they only pay one shipping. Let me know if that explains it.

She purcase those items at my show. if I now at that listing to the bundle items she now wants and send her the offer, Do I just send the offer for the additional items or for the whole order including this $50. I do not want her to be charged twice for the items.

ajooj @merlekb you need to send her the order for the whole thing together to get one shipping label. Once she pays again for everything you cancel the original order and she gets her money back. That’s the only way it works.

ajooj @merlekb you will have to bundle both orders together in order to do that screenshot both orders make a listing under her name and tell her to purchase that bundle once she purchases that bundle, cancel the original order and she will only pay one shipping If you need any more help message me on Instagram and you can call me and I will explain it to you.
