wtsai1210 Hi! What is the ptp measurement and what material is it? Is it stretchy?

paulaturcotte Hello! PTP is 19", my bust is 35" and it fits well. Material is tencel lyocell, I wouldn't say it's stretchy but the dress is cut on the bias so there's a certain amount of give.
