Pre-owned. There are some wear marks and imperfections on the item from previous use. Please see pictures for details on the item's condition. Also, I received these without laces, I added others but these are the Nike one. They fit ok, might not be the best but they do the job, you could go to a nike store & ask for new one. I used to work at a Nike Store in Montreal & we always gave free laces when people needed it.
