The Nike Alphafly 3 Shoes are built with road racing and marathons in mind, offering an Atomknit textile upper for breathability and comfort that lasts for miles. The durable rubber outsole on these Nike running shoes ensures long-lasting wear, and the integrated knit tongue with lofted padding provides additional comfort. The two forefoot Air Zoom units and ZoomX foam midsole provide ultralight cushioning, while the Nike Alphafly 3's full-length carbon fibre plate offers a propulsive feel with every movement. I wore these for one marathon, so there is some wear and tear in the outsoles- see pics -but still, lots of life left. This version doesn't really work for me. I dont have the box but I am throwing in a free Nike shoe bag.
