Nikki Babie Plushie Hi-Lo Skirt Size M

Super soft, thick, plushie fabric, like a fluffy velvet. I would call it a size medium but there's no marked size on it. The waistband isn't very stretchy but I could still put it on easily. Waistband is 14", 26" from the top of the waistband to the hem in the front, 32" in the back. Smoke-free pet-friendly home.
