This is a Nili Lotan hooded plaid sleeveless cotton empire waist dress. It has an elastic high waistband, Pockets and a 3/4 zip in the front. Looks really cute with boots and tights. It has a small spot on the back lower side of the dress near the hem. It’s shown on the last picture but it’s really not noticeable due to the plaid print.
