The way the fabric feels and moves is literally SO nice. Cut cropped, where they hit your leg will define which shoes work best. I like the idea of them with sandals for everyone, but if you have TOO much ankle showing - maybe try them with a combat boot or a sock and your Birkenstock slides. 30 inch actual waistband (which sits just above the hip). 33.5 inches waistband. 10 inch rise. 27 inch inseam. 37.5 inches total length. 64% cotton/36% linen.
