Nine West Layered Skirt

Bottom has a chiffon like layer. Bottom detials are embroidered. Says silk is included but not sure if thats the embroidery.Very Flowy. Zipper on the side of the waist Pictures show pretty good all the details. The initial part of the skirt is cotton.
