Nine West Skirt Suit - Size 2

This is a beautiful Nine West Skirt Suit in Size 2 As you can see on the skirt in the front (as shown on the pics) is some discoloration. I have no idea why this is there. I tried to show it on the pics. Also some pilling. Not sure if a dry cleaner could fix it or not but the suit itself is really beautiful and tailored.
