superwasp Hi there, is the sole a rubber covered with a thin velour? Just wondering if they're slippers that should be worn at home or shoes that can be worn on the street. Companies often put a thin layer of velour on their shoes when importing them into the US (from China, where they're manufactured) because if they qualify as a "slipper," the import fees are lower.
