Nine West hair wrap, scarf & sash

When Nine West was just in its infancy, I purchased this black choker to wear around my neck with plunging necklines. I have taken great care of this gorgeous vintage piece and I love it. It is sexy, daring and playful. There is a slight pull (seen in photo) but it does not affect the integrity of the piece. This is a one-of-a-kind treasure.
