Nine West silk floral skirt, 14

Get ready for spring in a beautiful floral Nine West skirt. 100% silk, size 14. Skirt has two layers - outer green and turquoise floral print over a striped under layer. Floaty style with handkerchief style skirt. Zipper at one side. When inspecting this before listing, I did notice two small snags in the fabric - see photos. Because of the busy print, these are not noticeable when the skirt is worn but the price still reflects these flaws. Photo on the mannequin is for display purposes only - mannequin is size small or extra small so skirt is clipped back.
