Ninety-Eight linen-blend envelope dress

Well, this is a unique dress! Linen and cotton 'envelope dress' from Ninety Eight. Brand new with tags. I bought it because I thought it was funky, with those side flaps, but it's a little shorter than I'd like. Just reading the tag here...is it meant to cover up those 'trouble spots' many of us have? I had no idea. I guess it would do that, though. Barring that, it's still a cool dress with a neat design, even if you DON'T have 'handles full of love'. Size S; measurements in photos.
