Includes base unit, booklet, sensor, power cable, TV cable, 2 nunchucks, 2 wiimotes, 2 gel wiimote covers, 2 wiimote straps (they do look a bit dirty but they can be washed in a washer in a garment bag) and Zhu Zhu Pets game in the case in very nice shape with manual. Nice and clean used system, works great.
