Nipon boutique dress Virgin Wool

this dress is absolutely stunning, unfortunately it's just a tad bit to tight on me and I literally got teary eyed cuz I love it , it's 100% virgin wool n vintage, has shoulder pads that could be cut out if your preferred it goes just below the knee and is a 3/4 sleeve, it says size 8- PTP 19" and length is 40" from top of shoulder to bottom hem, It's an offer white color with white accents n a bit of gold in the flower.
