Nissa dress size 4 gold sequin and black with 3/4 sleeve and low back

Nissa dress size 4. It was purchased in Europe, worn twice, no longer fits. The sequin top has a soft lining, very comfortable to wear. In the last photo you can see the skirt also has built in underskirt, making the dress fall very nicely with no bumps. There is a black ribbon that connects the two sections you can see better in the third photo. Dress is in great condition.
