No brand label fringed vest with decorative cutouts super soft polyester size M

This little vest has no brand label. It is super cute with decorative cutouts and long fringe. It is 90% polyester and 10% elastane with a very soft brushed finish. The cutouts are circular and have a lacy look to them. There are larger ones at the waist and matching smaller ones at chest level. This vest is like new and a size M. It is 19 inches across the back from pit to pit and from shoulder to the top of the fringe is 16 inches and the fringe is 7 inches long for a total length of 23 inches. It is in like new condition (16)
