No strap sun dress

I have a cotton and polyester with rayonne sun dress strapless that is about above the knee . the top part is made of elastic stretchy and has a nice flare to it .The button has a decoration same material picture to show the button. measurements for this sun dress are : 11 Inch for the bust area 22 in the hip area 29.5 inch long
