Nodding Head Kokeshi Doll Vintage Bobble Head Japanese Folk Art Wooden Handmade

A small nodding head kokeshi doll with a brown kimono decorated with yellow birds. Glossy/lacquer finish. The head and body are attached with a slightly elasticised string so that the head can be positioned at different angles. Unsigned. Lots of character in this one little guy! Good vintage condition, there are some dings and dents on the head and back. 4.5" tall
