Noisy May High Rise Shorts

Noisy May Smiley shorts in khaki green in like-new condition. Fit mid-high rise and have a more casual/slightly looser fit through the legs. Size small (would likely fit a 26/27 waist best. I wear a 27/28 and they are too tight to do up.
