lisamarie164 @plar61 Hello! So when laid flat, they measure 14" across so more of a size 28. However, they are very stretchy, so when stretched, they measure 16" but I would assume that it would be skin tight !! So they could measure up to a 32," but I don't know how comfy that would be.
