Norma Kamali Oversized Boyfriend Shirt/ mini dress in powder blue with ruffle bottom, long sleeves, hook and eye front and sleeve closure. 95% polyester, 5% spandex with 4 way stretch poly lycra. Size Small/36. Good pre owned condition with signs of wear. A few small snags throughout, the made in collar tag has been ripped off, there is a loose thread on the back of the collar and one on the sleeve that has come unstitched (photos). There are a few marks on the back of the shirt. The D ring belt is missing. There are not belt loops so any belt can be worn with this or it can be worn without as an oversized shirt or mini dress.
