Norma Kamali Oversized Shirt Flared Mini Dress in Black XS

Norma Kamali shirt dress purchased from Revolve in size XS. Has an elasticized waist but fully opens up, has a velcro closure. Belt is separate (in the white pouch, never opened). Material is very lightweight. The website description says poplin, but I would describe it more like a lightweight parachute/windbreaker material. Be careful of a strong breeze!! Very chic and preppy, but feminine. Sleeves are quite long. Unlined. Worn only a few times. Perfect condition.
