Norman Rockwell “ The Toymaker” 1985 collector bell

This 1985 bell features the Norman Rockwell illustration named "The Toymaker". Made of white porcelain, and it is ringed in gold paint. It is 3 1/4" in diameter and 6 1/2" tall. The bell was issued by the Norman Rockwell Museum in 1985, and it was manufactured in Taiwan. This piece is in awesome condition.
