katydid1234 are you sure of that waist measurement? It doesn’t look like an elasticated waist and at 13.5 inches flat that’s a 27.5 inch human waist which is more a size small usually

joueju @katydid1234 Hi Katy! The measurement is correct. I suppose you're right—I think because of the long inseam, wider legs, and wider hip, I considered it closer to a medium. I'll change that on the listing :-)
