North Fetch Athletics Dog rain coat, size 2XL. In great condition. 25 inches long with the collar pulled up, with the collar folded down it is just under 23 inches long. Waist is just under 13.5 inches at its smallest, collar is just under 10.5 inches at its smallest. Measurements are taken with it laying flat.
