@smariasg I’m so sorry it’s taking so long to go through posh head quarters for authentication. I bought a bag that only took 2 days to through Posh HQ last year. This is crazy. I think it may be due to COVID staffing shortages. But I know it must be frustrating to pay good money and have to wait sooo long. It’s such a waste of time when I purchased the bag direct from Coach and it still has the tag on it. If it makes you feel any better my last Rogue MTO took almost 6 months to arrive!

@kmcoachstuff No worries. I’ve been tracking it. It looks like it’s set to ship on 28 February. It was originally due to ship on 3 March. I agree that it shouldn’t take so long when it still has the tags on it. I don’t believe it should take this long regardless actually. What could they possibly be doing that it takes this long to authenticate? I just hope it doesn’t get damaged or lost in the process of being handled by who knows who. 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

@smariasg true…but so far I haven’t had issues with mishandling a bag at HQ. I ordered a chalk tea rose rogue from posh. I was definitely terrified about posh HQ handling that color bag, but it still arrived unscathed. My fingers are crossed 🤞 !

@kmcoachstuff That’s good to know. This is my first experience with the PHQ authentication process but I also typically order directly from Coach. I’ve heard others mention that the authentication process can be lengthy. Never heard of any bad experiences other than that though. 😩😩
