Not a boring sweatshirt😍

EUC , I wore it once. This is a cross between a sweatshirt and a dress shirt with an open arm concept and cuffed wrists. Very good quality sweatshirt material soft and stretchy with slit sides. Sleeves are ruffled and striped with silver metallic threading. Pitt to pit measurement is 22 inches Shoulder to hem is 21 inches
