shoppershigh Hi there ! I’m Just informing you that on my posh tracking it stated that your address on the shipping label had no actual drop off location for the postman, so they rerouted the j-crew jeans you were in the process of purchasing back to me. I just got them in the mail today :(

winniestylist @shoppershigh actually delivery was attempted to my home with postage owed in the amount $43.89 the postman said they were mailed express. I refused package. I am not paying an additional $43.89 for shipping.

shoppershigh @winniestylist hi, yes i have the same address that was on the first package, but I think maybe because on the posh tracking it said that the mail man had no place to leave it, they want to make sure..it may just be the way the mail service logged the package in for it’s return? I have been asking several times if I can just use the same label, but it apparently needs a new tracking number to resend ? Let me tell you customer service hasn’t been that great !

shoppershigh @winniestylist I emailed them the 1st time & it took a day 2return my message,then they sent the wrong label & I had 2request the right one, then had 2wait another 2days to tell me they need 2contact you first. I got that message this morning .. they will contact you through your email, they are very slow ! it won’t surprise me if it takes another day 4you to get the email ! this is definitely a lesson learned on my part !
