georgelawrence Good morning Amber - thank you for your great review. I am glad that you and your sister like the paw and heart necklace. I hope she is doing ok. Again, my wife and I are sorry for her loss. My wife is a grief minister and she also helps people grieving the loss of pets and she would be more than willing to chat with your sister over the phone if she needs someone to listen who understands pet loss.
