Noul (Oak + Fort) Grey Maxi Skirt

One Size. Brand new with tags. Purchased from the Oak + Fort store in Vancouver that used to be named Noul. Very stretchy fabric. Thick waistband. Worn high waisted. Fits me with some room to spare and I normally wear XS to S or 25" to 26" in pants. It should fit up to a 27" because of how stretchy the waistband is. I'm 5'5" and it falls to my ankles.
