Absolutely! Pit to pit is 17.5 inches. And I’m not exactly sure what you mean by shoulder to shoulder….because the design on this garment is not made with a shoulder-sleeve seam…..but my shoulder to shoulder measurement is 17 inches, and I felt it was a small fit for me.
