Pantel, fit and flare belted maxi dress, size is small, lost the tag. Pit to pit is 19”waist stretch is 17”. Beautiful multi coloured dress for summer, in blues, white, turquoise and purple, black, and greys. Sleeves have a pleat and a gold button at the cuff which can be removed.
