Nygard black pencil skirt.

This skirt is in excellent preloved condition. It has a small amount of elastic on each side giving some leeway (and comfort!) with waist measurement. I’m not sure if the skirt was made this way or if it’s been altered. Measurements: waist measured across: 17.5” stretching to 18” Length from waist to hem: 23”
