There are 2 small marks on her face and I did not attempt to clean. And of course, it is obvious, that someone added pretty lipstick to her also. Did not attempt to remove. Clean and no odors. Smoke/Pet free home. Thanks! Would make a nice 'beginner' doll for the young girls, who are getting into dolls, because the doll has been gently played with. Or to customize.
